A Glimpse into the Future: VinUni Students’ Transformative Journey to NUS Business School

October 2, 2025
In the summers of 2024 and 2025, 12 VinUni students joined the prestigious NUS Business School Experience Program in Singapore with VinUni being the second-largest group in the 2025 cohort.
Over three immersive days, VinUni students experienced a dynamic mix of academic, industry, and cultural activities. They joined masterclasses in Human Capital Management, Marketing Analytics, Finance, Sustainability, and Green Finance, gaining fresh perspectives on global business trends. Exclusive sessions with NUS’s Career Development team offered guidance on graduate pathways and career prospects in Singapore, while expanding their professional networks.
More than just a program, it was a journey to remember: “From interactive negotiation classes to visits at Oracle and Draper Start-Up House, it was hands-on learning at its best. The unique teaching styles at NUS gave me a glimpse of what a Master’s program there might be like,” shared Nguyen Ha Anh (VinUni alumnus, Business Administration Major).
“I was inspired by discussions on aligning business with purpose, like BlackRock’s shift toward sustainable profitability,” reflected Nguyen Thao Van (VinUni alumnus, Business Administration Major).
“It was a perfect blend of academic rigor, global collaboration, and exploring Singapore’s vibrant streets,” said Nguyen Quynh Lam (VinUni cohort 2022, Hospitality management Major).
“Working with peers from different countries on real-world case studies broadened my perspective on global business strategies. Company tours at MasterCard and BNP Paribas offered us insights into corporate strategies for the Southeast Asian market and a closer look at Singapore’s dynamic work culture” added Dam Thi Xuan Giao (VinUni cohort 2022, Business Administration Major).
“My experience at the NUS Business School summer program was invaluable. It gave me a clear vision of my future by providing a deep look into graduate programs, career pathways, and the essential need for proactive planning. I was particularly impressed by the extensive industry network and the dedication of the faculty. Learning directly from academic directors and connecting with students from around the world helped me understand the opportunities ahead” shared Pham Minh Hoang (VinUni cohort 2022, Business Administration Major).
Thank you to NUS Business School for creating this incredible opportunity and for your valued partnership with VinUni.
