Community Service Learning (CSL)

Community Service Learning (CSL) is a VinCore course taken by all VinUni students. CSL has the theme of “Pollution and Preservation” and focuses on sustainability, societal awareness, and responsibility. Students create or join their own community activity focused on pollution, conservation, preservation, teaching, culture, or health. Utilizing experiential learning, students directly engage in activities that address human and community needs (Jacoby 2014). Ultimately, students reflect on the service activity to broaden appreciation and develop an enhanced sense of civic responsibility. This course also collaborates with VinUnity, a student club focused on community engagement.
