Our career services aim to develop and empower students to reach their potential and fulfill career aspirations through career exploration activities, personalised career counselling, industry-specific mentoring, career readiness skills workshops, and career checkpoint events.
- Career exploration: We support students to kick-start, extend and deepen understanding of industry sectors through industry sessions with leaders and professionals.
- Career readiness: We ensure students are ready to apply for internships, jobs and more through workshops covering all the essentials about submitting applications and building lasting relationships.
- Career counselling: We offer confidential one-to-one appointments where students can discuss any aspects of their career planning and get career advising, including CVs, cover letters, applications, mock interviews and support to overcome challenges that are encountered in the internship and full-time job search.
- Career mentoring: We organize Mentorship Program to connect students with experienced professionals in various industries who can provide valuable insights, guidance, and support as they navigate their academic and professional journeys.
- Career checkpoints: VinUni Career Checkpoints are designed to connect students, employers, faculty, and staff, bridging the gap between academia and industry. Through events like the Career Festival and Career Day, these checkpoints enrich student experiences, equipping them with essential skills, confidence, and valuable networking opportunities to thrive in their future careers.
VinUni also offers on-campus work-study opportunities and off-campus opportunities, fostering real-world experience and sustainable career growth. Alumni receive continued support for up to two years post-graduation.
