Work-Study Program

VinUniversity’s Work-Study Program offers students a practical pathway to financial support while building career-ready skills from their very first year. Participants work 15 hours per week across diverse university departments, including research, sustainability, marketing, and library services, earning approximately $196 USD per month. In the Academic Year 2024–2025, 153 students participated in the program, with a total of $101,523 USD disbursed to support their work and development.
Beyond financial assistance, the program bridges classroom learning with professional reality, helping students develop field-specific expertise, research and administrative skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management. For VinUniversity, it is a strategic investment that nurtures student potential while addressing staffing needs, building both financial resilience and professional readiness for students’ future careers.
